Return Policy:
There are no refunds. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return merchandise for store credit or exchange of product. You must have the original receipt or mail order invoice with you at the time of the return. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and must be in the original condition. Store credits must be redeemed within 30 days of issue, after which they will expire and become void.

FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders of $75 and more.
We ship our packages through the United States Postal Service
and through UPS. Once in the shopping cart function, you will be able
to choose which shipping option you prefer and the price to ship your
items will be listed. If you would like your package shipped a different
way than the options listed, please contact us to make special arrangements.
We do NOT insure packages unless specified by the customer in the Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order Field. Bobby Bead, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you are an international customer and your order exceeds the size restriction of the International Flat Rate Express Envelope, we do reserve the right to ship the order in the appropriate sized shipping container. This does include an additional shipping fee. The shipping module does not take into account the size of the packages, only the weight. Therefore, there are cases that the actual packages do not fit into the envelope. If you have questions about shipping please contact us!
